Test Philosophy

This machine adopts the core testing principle of "electrode pressure application - real-time data collection - data feedback", which is fully automated and precisely controlled throughout the process, ensuring the authenticity and repeatability of the test data: Place the sample to be tested steadily between the two dedicated electrodes. Through the Panasonic servo drive system, the precise screw rod operates, applying uniform and controllable pressure to both sides of the electrodes. During the test, the American high-precision sensor collects real-time force value data of the sample under different compression heights and different pressures. At the same time, through the four-wire BNC shielded test end, the resistance signal is accurately collected. The instrument automatically records and synchronously analyzes the corresponding relationship between force value, pressure and resistance value, forming a complete test curve and data report. The entire process does not require manual intervention, effectively avoiding human operational errors, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the test results.
