Test Principle

Strictly adhering to industry standard procedures to ensure accurate and reproducible test data: Cut the tape into 1-inch-wide strips and apply them evenly onto the surface of a standard SUS#304 stainless steel plate. Use a 2 kg standard roller to roll the tape back and forth three times at a speed of 300 mm per minute, ensuring a tight bond without air bubbles. Subsequently, suspend the steel plate vertically on the testing machine frame and attach weights of specified masses to the free end of the tape. When the tape detaches from the steel plate surface, the timer automatically locks and records the total test duration, providing an intuitive assessment of the tape's adhesive durability and accurately reproducing its performance under actual usage conditions.
