The KJ-2029-UV Ultraviolet Aging Test Chamber utilizes fluorescent UV lamps as its light source to accurately simulate aging conditions found in natural environments, including ultraviolet radiation, condensation, high temperatures, high humidity, and rain exposure. Through accelerated cycling tests, it rapidly evaluates the weathering resistance of materials.

Core Applications

Simulates outdoor ultraviolet aging conditions and automatically performs multi-cycle cyclic tests to evaluate performance changes in materials such as fading, cracking, pulverization, gloss loss, and aging.

Operation Specifications

1. Connect the power supply (AC 220V ±10%,50/60 Hz);

2. Connect the water supply (directly to the tap water outlet); use a ball valve to regulate the water inflow, with only half of the valve open during normal operation. A level switch automatically opens or closes the solenoid valve to fill the water to the preset level, thereby ensuring proper humidification and spray functions.

3. Before closing the box door, the specimen must be properly installed on the test stand (the size of the specimen must match that of the specimen holder).

4. Close the cover plate on the sample holder to prevent light leakage and secure the retaining ring.

5. Turn on the "Power" switch; (close both side cabinet doors).
