The KJ-2093 xenon lamp climate test chamber uses full-spectrum xenon arc lamps to simulate real outdoor conditions such as sunlight exposure, rain exposure, temperature and humidity changes, and can quickly reproduce material aging phenomena. It is used for accelerated weathering tests for scientific research, product development, and quality control.

Application

Simulate various climatic conditions such as full-spectrum sunlight, sun exposure, and rain exposure, and test the performance changes of the materials, including color change, powdering, cracking, fading, and aging.

Operating Procedures

1. Enter operation settings: Set program/constant value operation status:

a. Constant value: Set temperature, humidity, light, time, turntable operation (OFF/NO), water spraying operation (OFF/NO).

b. Program: After selecting the program, directly click the upper left corner to exit and then click program editing.

 

2. Program editing:

a. Set test temperature, humidity, time H, time M, light value, switch shown on the blackboard, rain shower cycle setting, turntable cycle setting.

b. Cycle setting: There are a total of five sets of cycle settings. The first item is the on time, the second item is the off time. Select one during operation and perform a cycle operation.

c. After all settings are completed, click program save and exit.

Installation and Placement Requirements

1. Ventilation spacing: The distance between the body and the wall / other equipment should be ≥ 60cm to ensure proper heat dissipation.

2. Installation floor: Flat and free from vibration. Adjust the leveling feet to keep the body level.

3. Environmental conditions: Avoid direct sunlight. The environmental temperature should be 10℃~30℃.

4. Usage place: Independent space, away from flammable, explosive, and corrosive chemicals.

5. Wiring and piping: Minimize the length of power supply and drainage pipes for easier maintenance.

6. Handling Specification: Tilt angle ≤ 30°. Do not apply force by holding the electrical box or motor part.

7. Top Area Prohibition: It is strictly forbidden to place any sundries to prevent falling objects from causing personal injury.
