Operating Procedures

1. Connect the power supply according to the specifications on the nameplate: AC-220/380V 50–60 Hz

2. There is no restriction on sample size; place the samples on the tray for testing.

3. Place the sample specimens on the tray.

4. Turn on the [power switch]button.

5. [Thermostat]button: Set to 200°C or any other specified temperature.

● Outstanding thermal insulation: Featuring first-class thermal insulation and heat isolation technology with excellent sealing performance, resulting in low shell temperature and minimal impact on ambient temperature.

 

● Reliable and Safe: Dual protection featuring independent overtemperature power shutdown and safety overload switch, ensuring automatic power interruption under extreme temperatures or heavy loads for enhanced operational safety.

Installation and Placement Requirements

● Ventilation distance: The distance between the unit and the wall or other equipment should be ≥60 cm to ensure proper heat dissipation.

● Installation surface: Level and vibration-free; adjust the leveling feet to keep the unit level.

● Environmental conditions: Avoid direct sunlight; ambient temperature should be between 10°C and 30°C.

● Place of use: In an isolated space, away from flammable, explosive, and corrosive chemicals.

● Cabling and piping: Power supply and drainage pipes should be as short as possible to facilitate maintenance.

● Handling specifications: Incline ≤30°; do not apply force while holding the electrical cabinet or motor components.

● Top prohibition: Do not place any objects to prevent falls and injuries.
