Precise coating, with controllable error: It can be used in conjunction with a variable coating applicator: By adjusting the two differential devices above the coating applicator, the gap of the lower scraper can be adjusted in the vertical direction to control the final coating thickness. Due to the installation of a high-precision micrometer, the coating thickness can be adjusted within the range of 0 to 3500 μm, and the gap of the scraper can be finely adjusted in units of 10 μm, which is suitable for research projects that require assessment of subtle differences in film thickness.
 Flexible adaptation, with strong customization: The coating solution scheme equipped with a wired rod has been widely used in 52 sub-sectors, and it can support various testing and inspection projects such as run-off testing, leveling testing, color matching, color correction, covering power testing, fingerprint resistance testing, anti-static testing, and hardening testing. The rod coating itself is simple to operate, uniform in coating, easy to clean, and has a long service life. It is a widely used coating sample preparation scheme. We adopt the extrusion-type rod scheme, which is mainly applicable to coating processes with lower viscosity of the coating solution and better leveling performance. The extrusion-type coating rod is extruded on the stainless steel surface to form regular grooves, and the coating amount is controlled by the width and depth of the grooves. It is not prone to clogging during use and is easy to clean.
 Compact and portable, saving space: The equipment size is 560 × 365 × 265 mm (length × width × height), and the glass platform size is 480 mm × 250 mm (length × width). It is small in size, compact in structure, with a net weight of approximately 35 kg. It is easy to be placed flexibly in the laboratory, does not occupy too much experimental space, and can be easily used with other experimental equipment, adapting to the scenarios of laboratory miniaturization and multi-functionality.
