Application

The oven type tape holding power testing machine tests the ability of the adhesive tape, which is adhered to the test board in accordance with the specified method at a certain set temperature, to resist displacement under the specified gravity along the length direction. The holding power of the adhesive tape is expressed by the time it takes for the test piece to move a certain distance (Or completely detach) within a certain period of time.

Operation Specification

● Place the instrument on the testing platform;

● Cutting: According to the testing requirements, cut the material of the standard width (1 inch);

● Adhesion: Attach the cut material to the testing board;

● Rolling: Use the standard rolling hand roller to roll three times in a row;

● Placement: Place it in a natural state for 20 minutes or according to the customer's requirements;

● Fixation: Hang the testing board on the hook of the machine, connect it with a connecting piece and attach weights below.

● Temperature: The upper row of the temperature controller shows the actual temperature value inside the box, and the lower row shows the set value. Press the SET button once. At this time, the lower row display screen will have a flashing phenomenon. Press the key and the lower row display screen will cycle through decimal points, units, tens, and hundreds. Then, in combination with the increase key ▲ and the decrease key ▼, set the required test temperature. After setting is completed, press the SET button once again.
