Operation Specification

● Cutting: According to the test requirements, cut the material of the standard width (1 inch);

● Adhesion: Attach the cut material to the test board;

● Rolling: Roll it three times with the standard rolling hand roller;

● Placement: Place it in a natural state for 20 minutes or as per the customer's requirements;

● Fixation: Hang the test board on the hook of the machine, connect it with a connecting piece and attach weights below.

● Turn on the power and press the power button (power switch)

Installation and Placement Requirements

1. Ventilation spacing: The distance between the body and the wall / other equipment should be ≥ 60cm to ensure heat dissipation.

2. Installation floor: Flat and without vibration. Adjust the leveling feet to make the body level.

3. Environmental conditions: Avoid direct sunlight. The environmental temperature should be 10℃~30℃, and the humidity should be 70% ± 10% RH.

4. Usage place: Independent space, away from flammable, explosive, and corrosive chemicals.

5. Wiring and piping: Try to shorten the power supply and drainage pipes to facilitate maintenance.

6. Handling norms: Inclination ≤ 30°. Do not apply force to the electrical box or motor part by hand.

7. Top prohibition: Do not place any debris. To prevent falling and causing injury.
