The sample is formed into a ring shape (with the adhesive side facing outward). After complete contact with the standard float glass testing plate at a constant speed of 300 mm/min, the instrument automatically reverses the movement of the ring-shaped sample relative to the test plate, achieving complete separation at the same constant speed. The maximum force generated during this process represents the initial adhesive force of the sample. This testing method accurately replicates the actual initial adhesion conditions encountered during product use.
