Kejian Instruments at 2026 Shenzhen International Film & Tape Exhibition
Oct. 27, 2026
The Shenzhen Film & Tape Exhibition is an important communication platform for coating, die-cutting and functional film industries, where upstream and downstream manufacturers gather to discuss formulations, processes and test solutions. From Oct 17 to Oct 29, Kejian Instruments will be at Booth 10D155, bringing four core testing instruments for film and tape production. On-site sample testing is available to help factories solve quality control challenges.

The quality of protective films, PET release films, double-sided tapes and label adhesives cannot be judged by naked eyes. Minor changes in adhesive formulation, coating speed or silicone ratio may lead to unstable tack, abnormal release, delamination or adhesive residue. It will be costly once complaints come from end customers. Accurate testing helps you control quality risks in advance.
Our showcased Peel Tester is a standard instrument for adhesive industry. It supports 90° and 180° peel tests, suitable for optical protective films, PI high-temperature tapes, composite films and more. It is widely used for incoming inspection, finished product sampling and new formulation comparison, helping engineers identify batch differences and optimize adhesive and laminating processes.

The Loop Tack Tester complies with FINAT and GB/T31125 standards. Different from traditional ball tack method, it provides quantitative tack values. It is a preferred test method for many high-end electronic tapes and export orders. Ideal for low-tack protective films and light-adhesive label tapes, it shows the instant bonding performance of adhesive surfaces and avoids abnormal tack issues.
Silicone control is critical for release film quality. The Silicone Coating Weight Tester quickly measures silicone coating weight on PET / PE release films and glassine paper. Improper coating weight will cause excessive release force, silicone migration or adhesive residue. This instrument provides data reference for coating adjustment, stabilizes batch consistency and controls production cost.
The Contact Angle Tester measures surface wettability of films and adhesive layers. It verifies corona treatment effect and uniformity of silicone coating, and predicts defects such as coating shrinkage and poor adhesion. It is widely used in optical films and new energy functional adhesive films.
These four instruments form a complete testing chain covering surface property, loop tack, peel strength and silicone release control, well matching QC and R&D demands of coating and die-cutting factories. Our technical engineers can run sample tests, explain test standards and analyze test data on site. Custom laboratory solutions, custom fixtures and equipment training services are also available.
Kejian Instruments has long focused on adhesive and film testing, serving domestic factories and overseas clients. We understand what the industry needs is not just instruments, but reliable, user-friendly quality control solutions with recognized test data. Welcome industry partners to visit Booth 10D155, check our machines and discuss quality control and testing solutions for new materials and new processes.
